RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT TERMS
1. Reservation
Reservation requests can be made:
- via our website contact form,
- by email,
- or via WhatsApp.
All reservations are subject to equipment availability.
A reservation is considered
confirmed only after:
- our written confirmation (email or WhatsApp),
- and receipt of payment.
2. Payment
Payment must be made before delivery or pick-up of the equipment.
Accepted payment methods:
- secure payment link (credit card) (recommended)
- cash (upon request and under certain conditions)
- bank transfer (for long-term rentals or professionals)
SXM EASY RENT reserves the right to cancel any unpaid reservation.
3. Delivery / Pick-up
Delivery is available to:
- your hotel,
- your villa / Airbnb,
- or any other location agreed in advance.
Delivery fees may apply depending on the area and will be communicated before confirmation.
The client must be present at the time of delivery to receive the equipment.
4. Rental Duration
The rental period is defined at the time of booking.
Any extension must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- More than 72 hours before the rental start:
Full refund or credit valid for 12 months - Between 72 hours and 24 hours:
50% refund or credit - Less than 24 hours / same-day cancellation / no-show:
No refund
6. Reservation Modifications
Any modification (dates, equipment, delivery location) is subject to availability.
Changes must be confirmed in writing and may result in a price adjustment.
7. Security Deposit
Depending on the type of equipment rented, a security deposit may be required before delivery.
The deposit can be paid:
- via secure payment link,
- or in cash (upon request).
The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected, provided it is returned:
- complete (with all accessories),
- in the same condition (normal wear and tear excluded),
- without requiring exceptional cleaning.
Partial or Full Retention of the Deposit
SXM EASY RENT reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit in case of:
- damaged or broken equipment,
- lost or stolen equipment,
- missing accessories,
- exceptional cleaning or repair required.
If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the client agrees to pay the difference.
8. Cancellation by SXM EASY RENT
In the event of exceptional circumstances (breakdown, unexpected unavailability, force majeure), SXM EASY RENT agrees to:
- offer equivalent equipment when possible,
- or provide a full refund.
9. Late Return
Any late return may result in:
- additional rental charges,
- and travel fees if collection is required.
10. Acceptance
Confirmation of a reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
